About OnTime Billing

Your use of the OnTime service is charged once a month to the credit or debit card you have on file with Vesigo Studios. This is usually charged within the first 5 days of each calendar month. This monthly billing will generally include the following items:

The current month's "monthly minimum" associated with your account's subscription plan.
(This covers your use of the OnTime System for the current month and is often viewed as an advanced charge.)
Any activity charges above the monthly minimum from the previous month.
(This covers additional charges incurred during the previous month from additional user accounts above the monthly minimum.)
Any optional services that were used throughout the month.
(This covers additional charged incurred during the previous month from value added services such as faxing services.)

New Accounts

When setting up a new OnTime account, the charges will include the following:

A prorated amount of the current month's "monthly minimum" associated with the account's subscription plan.
The first full month of the "monthly minimum" associated with the account's subscription plan.
A setup charge of $99.00 if no commitment is made. If a 12 month commitment is made, the $99 setup fee is waived.
