What is a Monthly Minimum?

A monthly minimum is the base cost for an OnTime subscription plan. For most, this the price that OnTime will cost each and every month. The monthly minimum for a subscription plan covers the features included in that plan as well as a specific number of user accounts.

Generally speaking, the only time one would pay more than the monthly minimum would be when the included number of user accounts is exceeded. Currently, the additional cost for user accounts that exceed the included amount in a subscription plan is $14.95 per account per month.

In this way, monthly minimums work a lot like a mobile phone plan under which you pay a base cost for the service and features each month. Such mobile phone plans include one or more phone lines for the different "users" in your family or business. Of course if you wanted to add more phone lines to your account (effectively adding more "users"), the mobile phone carrier would charge an additional monthly fee to cover that usage.
