customer's contracted rates can be stored in their profile making it easy for
the dispatcher to see the exact rates for that customer. This prevents

have been, but by using OnTime's smart planning feature, OnTime Dispatch will
suggest the best drivers for a particular order. Dispatchers can confirm this
