How to Upgrade Your Account

OnTime is currently offered at four levels of subscription, each with an increasing number of features that can benefit your business. Upgrading is easy and can be done without contract extensions or fees. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Choose a Subscription Plan

Review the different subscription plans available for OnTime and determine the one that best fits your needs.

Step 2: Submit a Change Request

The request to change your account is easily done by logging into your account with OnTime Management Suite. Follow these steps:

  1. After signing into OnTime Management Suite, go to the Account tab and choose Account Center.
  2. Switch to the Subscription Plan tab.
  3. Click the "Request a change..." link as shown here:


     
  4. On the change order window that appears, you will see the current account setup. Simply change the Subscription Plan dropdown box to the plan desired.
  5. Click the Submit Request button to complete the process.

For billing purposes, we generally allow you to make these changes once a month. However, if you need the changes to take effect immediately, please contact us and we can usually accelerate your request.
